There has been a number in burglaries in South Trafford, including a break‑in in Hale and a lock‑snapping burglary in Sale. Please stay alert and strengthen home security. Unknown offenders wearing black clothing and balaclavas, riding what appear to be Surron bikes, were seen on CCTV in and around a property in Hale before gaining entry through a downstairs window. In Sale, burglars snapped the rear patio door lock to get inside.
